注文の仕事またはサービスが完了し、商品が完成した暁には、商品は、(1) 同商品を注文した客の当社への登録電子メールアドレスへ配送されるか、または (2) 当社のウェブサイト上のパスワード保護された領域に保存され、その場所およびパスワードを記したメールが、同商品を注文した客の登録電子メールアドレスへと送られる、ことで納品される。

当社への登録電子メールアドレス宛に送られた電子メールを遅滞無く受信して読むことができるように、同登録メールアドレスが問題無く働いているようにしておくことは、同メールアドレスを当社に登録した人の責任である。 万一、注文客が当社へ登録したメールアドレスまたはその受取り環境に不備があり、その結果として当初からの商品の配送、またはその完成品についてのお知らせメールを遅滞無く受取ることができなかった場合は、当社は商品のかかる納品遅延に対しては一切の責任を負わない。
