When we store the product in a password-protected area for a customer in our website, we will hold the product in the area for 2 months since the products are first put in the area and since the email(s) of notification that the product is ready to collect from the area, as well as its password, is/are sent to the customer that has ordered the product to her/his email address registered with us.

The customer can request us to delete the product that they have ordered from the designated password-protected area in our website at any time. If the request to do that is made, we will follow the request as soon as practically possible, and the product will be removed permanently.
