We do not accept any cancellation of the ordered product and refund for it, once it is ordered and the fee is paid, except for the following cases:
- we clearly fail to comply with the agreed terms and conditions,
- we can not make the ordered job due to some trouble in the order. An example inludes the case that the specified field of the submitted document for an order of translation is incorrect.
