Once the requested service or job is done and the product is created, it is either (1) sent to the customer who has ordered the service or product via her/his registered email, or (2) stored in our website in the password-protected form and the location and password are notified to the customer who has ordered the service or product via her/his registered email.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the email address s/he registered to us is up and in the good working order so that s/he can receive and read the emails sent to the address without delay. If the registered email that the customer has provided with us is not in a good working order, and if the customer fails to receive timely the email from us of the delivery of the ordered product or its notification, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the product it may cause.
The timescale of the delivery of the ordered product entirely depends on the amount of labour that we need for it, as well as our business schedule. We will notify the customer of the estimated delivery schedule via email to her/his registered email address, if the delivery will not happen in 3 working days from the time of the order.
